ORDINANCE NO. 2344
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, AMENDING SECTION 4.24.020(C) OF THE
EDMONDS CITY CODE RELATING TO GAME LICENSE
FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 4.24.020(C) of the Edmonds City
Code is hereby amended to provide for half year licenses whose
fee shall be one-half of the annual fee to read as follows:
C. Expiration and Half Year Licenses. All
licenses required by Section 4.24.010 shall
expire on December 31st of each respective
year and all licenses taken out after June
30th of each respective year shall pay one-
half of the annual license fee for that year
and upon such payment shall be issued a
license for the remaining portion of said
calendar year.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five (5) days after passage and publication by
posting as provided by law.
