ORDINANCE NO. 2368
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2228 PASSED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER 1, 1981 AND
SECTION 8.32.060 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE
CONCERNING ONE-WAY STREETS DURING THE EDMONDS
ARTS FESTIVAL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 2228 passed by the City
Council on September 1, 1981, and Section 8.32.060 of the
Edmonds City Code, which allowed traffic on Main Street
between 6th Avenue and 8th Avenue and Dayton Street between
6th Avenue and 8th Avenue to proceed in only one direction
during the Edmonds Arts Festival are hereby repealed and are
of no effect.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting
as provided by law.
