ORDINANCE NO. 2390
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, ADDING A NEW SECTION 8.64.060(2)
TO THE EDMONDS CITY CODE TO ESTABLISH THREE
HOUR PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BELL
STREET FROM THE WESTERLY CURB OF SIXTH AVENUE
TO 165-FEET WEST OF SIXTH AVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new section 8.64.060(2) is hereby added to
the Edmonds City Code to read as follows:
"(2) South side of Bell Street from the
Westerly curb of Sixth Avenue to 165 feet
west of Sixth Avenue."
Section 2. The traffic engineer is authorized and
directed to erect suitable signs notifying the public of the
restrictions set forth in this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting
as provided by law.
