ORDINANCE NO � 2410
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING -
TON, AMENDING SECTION TWO OF ORDINANCE NO� 2404
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON NOVEMBER 7, 1983,
THEREBY AMENDING THE MATURITY DATE ON BONDS FOR
LID 209.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGOTN,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2404, passed by
the City Council on November 7, 1983, is hereby amended to
read as follows,
Section 2. In payment of the said balance of
60,119.07, bond number one (1) through sixty
(60), inclusive shall be issued in connection
with and to pay the said sum under Local
Improvement District 209, and shall be in
denominations of $1,000 each, except bond
number one, which shall be in the denomination
of $1,119.07; and all of said bonds shall bear
interest at the rate of 9.75 percent per annum
payable annually and shall be issued on the
18th day of November, 1983, and shall be
payable on the 18th day of November, 1995.
Section 2. All other sections and provisions of
Ordinance No. 2404 are not intended to be amended or changed
in any way by this ordinance and shall remain in full force
and effect from its original effective date.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting
as provided by law.
