ORDINANCE NO. 2454
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING -
TON, AMENDING SECTION 4.75.050 REGARDING THE
LOCATION OF PAWNBROKER OR SECONDHAND DEALERS
AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 4.75.050 of the Edmonds City Code
regarding the location of pawnbroker or secondhand dealer estab-
lishments is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 4.75.050 LOCATION. No license for a pawn-
broker or secondhand dealer shall be issued to conduct
the business in any area of the City outside those areas
zoned BC, CG, BN and CW, as set forth in the official
zoning maps of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting as
provided by law.
