ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING -
TON, AMENDING SECTION 8.50.030(C) RELATING TO
THE DETERMINATION OF THE LIMITED PARKING ZONE
AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.50.030(C) relating to the determi-
nation of a limited parking zone to read as follows:
C. Limited Parking Zone Determination. The limit-
ed parking zone for which the permit is valid shall be
the hundred block on which the permit holder resides,
and no other, provided however, that persons residing on
properties with street frontage on two or more hundred
blocks in RM zones may have a limited parking zone de-
signated which includes both the one hundred block on
which the permit holder resides and the one hundred
block or blocks on which the applicant's residence has
additional frontage.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five ( 5 ) days after passage and publication by posting as
provided by law.
