ORDINANCE NO. 2456
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING -
TON, AMENDING SECTION 5.45.020 BY THE REMOVAL
OF SUBSECTION (E) RELATING TO THE PENALTIES
FOR CERTAIN OFFENSES AND FIXING A TIME WHEN
THE SAME SHALL BE EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 5.45.020 is hereby amended by the
repeal of subsection E thereof relating to the penalties for cer-
tain specified offenses in order that the specific provisions for
penalties established by this subsection will be deleted and that
these offenses will now fall under and be punishable in accordance
with the general penalty provisions of Section 5.45.020(A). For
the purposes of codification, the former paragraph F and the two
subsections thereof are hereby renumbered paragraph E.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting as
provided by law.
