ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 8.64.030 BY THE ADDITION OF A
NEW §24. RELATED TO PROHIBITED PARKING AND
FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHOULD BECOME
EFFECTIVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.64.030 of the Edmonds Municipal
Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new §24. to read as
follows:
8.64.030 Schedule Three - Parking prohibited at all
times on certain streets.
24. The west side of 100th Avenue West, from 80
feet north of the cemetary entrance to 80 feet south of
the cemetary entrance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting as
provided by law.
