In order to better determine if the storm system you have constructed (although not yet
complete) will appropriately address the intended capture of ponding water, we are asking you
to survey the storm system on the north side of 510 8th Ave N from the manhole in 8th Ave N
to the yard drain at the NE corner of 510 8th Ave N. Please collect both rim and invert
elevations for all structures, pipes and low spots both on your property and the neighboring
property. Please ensure that elevations match the datum of the plan labeled "520-524-8TH AVE
N Drainage Plan" that was provided to you in a previous email.
THE ACTIONS OR CORRECTIONSINDICATED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO BE
CORRECTED BY: 4/5/2021 OR PENALTIES MAY BE APPLIED. FOR INSPECTION
