In response to question #2 from 1/27/21:
UPGRADING INSULATION in exterior walls where drywall is removed:
Where drywall is removed on exterior walls with 2x4 framing (the house was built with 2x4 exterior
walls), the exposed wall cavities will be filled with R-15 value batt insulation.
If it is discovered that there are any exposed exterior walls with larger than 2x4's, the appropriate
insulation will used to make it comply with Code.
