APPROVED BLD-BLD2020-1271+Architectural_Plan+11.19.2020_5.03.36_PMRegarding the kitchen wall, we are proposing to remove the oversized mechanical chase wall only and not to alter the east - west structural kitchen wall. We are only downsizing the existing chase to the code minimum interior clearances for the mechanical to maximize the space on the kitchen side. The final dimensions will be driven by the code minimum clearances but this is not structural. The chase is apparent on the existing plans.
