I am applying for a permit to replace the existing 5-6' wood fence on my North lot line with a new
5-6' wood fence. The 5-6' fence does not pose any sight obstruction issues and I ask that the
permit grant me the ability to maintain the existing 5-6' fence height. (The last 40'+ of fence on the
NW side going down to the corner is currently a 3' fence, which I am not replacing at this time.)
The current double -gate on the North side is 24' from the NW corner. I plan to move the new gate
Description 2' to the West. I also plan to replace the existing 5-6' wood fence along the South, East, and West
of Work: sides of my lot with a new 5-6 wood fence. The 5-6 fence on the West side attaches to both sides
of my house and sits 40'+ within my West lot line. I understand that interior fences do not require
a permit. If the City determines that the East, West, and/or South sides need to be included in this
permit, please let me know. In my drawing, I indicated all four 5-6' fences that I plan to replace. I
plan to leave in place both existing 3' fences that run West from the house on the North and South
sides. I may opt, however, not to connect them to the new fence. I'm attaching a 'to scale' drawing
I made of my lot, as well as a lot map drawn by LSA. Thank you.
