1. CALL TO ORDER

At 6:00 p.m., the Edmonds City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nelson. The Council
utilized the Zoom online meeting platform to conduct this meeting. It was noted that Councilmember Laura
Johnson would be absent this evening.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Council then convened in Executive Session to discuss real estate acquisition per RCW 42.30.110(1)(b)
and pending or potential litigation per RCW 42.3 0.11 0(l)(i).
ADJOURN
At 7:00 p.m., the executive session concluded and the meeting was adjourned.
