The Parks, Recreation, Cultural Arts and Human Services Department is updating the Part Time Receptionist position job description in advance of new employee recruitment. Due to COVID impacts and other reasons, several of the previous part time receptionists have decided not to return to those positions to support the Frances Anderson Center operations. There are two attachments to illustrate the revisions, the first is the red lined previous description, the second is a clean copy of newly proposed job description. The recommended changes are based in a previously inaccurate job description including qualifications that are not related to this position as well as the update and addition of more current job performance requirements and expectations. Staff Recommendation Public Safety, Personnel & Planning Committee recommend moving forward the attached revised Part Time Receptionist Job Description to the November 16, 2021 Consent Agenda for Council approval.
