1. CALL TO ORDER
At 7:08 p.m., the Edmonds City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Council President Paine.
The Council utilized the Zoom online meeting platform to conduct this meeting.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Council then convened in closed session to consider collective bargaining strategy, per RCW
42.30.140(1)(A).
ADJOURN
At 7:50 p.m., the closed session concluded and the meeting was adjourned.
