• 2019 Student Exchange
o Student recruitment: We have a full commission of 10, all students have purchased their
tickets.
o Orientation Meetings: All meetings in the Bracket Room at 6:30pm.

• Assistant Language Teacher update: The candidate did not accept offer, we do not have a
candidate at this time. lyoko received notice that as we cannot fill the ALT for this September,
they are hoping that we can send one in April. They will hire one through an agency. They need
to know we can absolutely fill it by July 3rd for an April 2020.
• Newsletter: On hold for another month — Commissioners please send community events you
think should be featured. We will aim to send out a newsletter between delegations.
