2. Approve/Amend Minutes: Review of minutes to Rae and Laura who were absent last month.

New Business:
1. Review of yearly calendar
o Have added updated and notes to calendar. Carolyn is typing up and updating for the
group. We are going to review it, add content, and alter as needed.
o This serves more as a checklist.
o Avoid subcommittee, review tasks monthly as appropriate.
o Adding notes of a possible memory book
2. New chair positions -Chair or Co -Chair, Secretary, Help Technology -email, newsletter
o Consider the same slate from this year
o Consider a memory book instead of newsletter (possible role in itself)
3. 2020 student exchange
o Discuss chaperone and student applications: please promote to our networks.
o How can we personally get more applications? Start as soon as possible. Going to the
high schools to manage a desk in January/February.
o Regarding social media posts, continue to post profiles of delegates onto
Instagram/Facebook, but do not tag their profiles.
o Rae may apply to be a chaperone.
Announcements: Karyn will be taking a leave of absence and will let us know down the line if she
returns.
