Continuing Business:
• 2021 Student Exchange Discussion
o Carolyn and lyoko have been looking into the airfare — at this point it is very high
($1,900+$350). We are hoping the prices do lower.
o Hekinan has not decided if we want to move forward and should have an answer by the
beginning of January.
• New commissioner training
o We will take a deeper look at this at the new year.
• Scarecrow Update
o We had a great scarecrow!
o Great, Katie, and Karyn met to create the scarecrow and window display. We had many
things to represent (t-shirt, banner, and photos of Japan) the commission and our
purpose.
