• Approve/Amend Minutes: Katy moved, Karyn seconded. Approved.
• Financials: We have not had any changes. We are working on our 2022 budget and Carolyn
provided the information from previous years

Continuing Business:
• Virtually Connecting with Hekinan
o Video Presentation
■ Michele has received quite a few photos. The team is still working on videos, the
deadline is August 18tn
■ Katy volunteered to provide language to describe the photos.
■ lyoko will provide the voiceover.
■ Presentation will be no more than 10 minutes.
■ August 23rd meeting will be the practice run.
o Add Q&A session to virtual meet -up agenda
■ We had 13 people want to be invited. We are asking people to submit their
questions ahead of time so we can assign individuals to certain questions ahead
of time.
■ Greg asked lyoko if would be appropriate to split the questions between the
two groups (five per group)
■ Takes place at the end as a closing of remarks.
o Edmonds invite — update
■ We will be inviting our past commissioners, students, and delegates.
■ Carolyn will update us as the RSVP list finalizes.
Announcements: Group will be available for emergency meeting if need.
