A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON APPOINTING A CITY OF
EDMONDS REPRESENTATIVE AND AN AL TERNA TE TO
THE SNOHOMISH COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSPORA TION
BENEFIT AREA CORPORATION (COMMUNITY
TRANSIT) BOARD SELECTION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area Corporation, also
known as Community Transit, requires formal designation of the City of
Edmonds representative to the Board Selection Committee, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the appointment of Susan Paine would be in the
best interest of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, hereby resolves as
follows:
Section I: Susan Paine is hereby appointed as the representative of the City of Edmonds
to the Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area Corporation
(Community Transit) Board Selection Committee for calendar year 2022 or
until a new representative is named.
Section 2: In the event that Susan Paine is unwilling or unable to serve, Kristiana
Johnson is hereby appointed as an alternate to serve on behalf of the City for
calendar year 2022 or until a new alternate is named.
