Dear Tom:
As requested, I have reviewed the following changes:
5.26.2021
• Replace existing windows at side wall in kitchen with no change to width — no need for
new header.
• Existing portion of wall going front to back will remain to pick up the existing kitchen
beam. No need for new cantilevered GLB.
• There is an existing 24" wide x 10" high stem wall on an existing 36" wide x 10" deep
footing running two directions under the new point load. No new footings required in
crawlspace. Existing strip footing is adequate for the two new point loads.
