1. Commission meetings will now be hybrid with commissioners attending either in -person or via
zoom. In -person attendance will be at the Edmonds Waterfront Center, Room B.
Continued Business:
1. Virtual meet -up
• Set for Friday night 9/30 at 8 pm in Edmonds / Saturday 10/1 in Hekinan
• Reviewed outline created by Rae and Katy
• Carolyn will forward outline to Hekinan and get their input
• Discussed: 1) screen sharing 2) breakout rooms 3) breakout room hosts?
• Karyn will invite Phil Onishi
• Need to find out from Michele Fellows if she has contacted formers students/adults
• Agenda should be finalized by end of July

1. Attorney General's OPMA training videos temporarily down for updating. Carolyn will send link
to Colin and Yuri once they are back up.
