Mr. White was formally approved by the EPFD Board during their meeting on December 2. City Council will have the opportunity to conduct the Candidate Interview tonight. The pandemic put this process on hold throughout 2020 and into 2021. Staff Recommendation Interview Sister City candidate Anne Nadreau for appointment to the Commission. Narrative Anne Nadreau applied in spring of 2020 but due to the pandemic was not interviewed until summer of 2021. Anne lived and work in Japan for 10 years. She speaks fluent Japanese and is interested in using her knowledge and skillset to support the Commission. Mayor Nelson interviewed Anne and is recommending her appointment.
