Debra Rich Gettleman is a senior career coach and communication specialist. She is an award -winning
journalist, career consultant, and branding professional. Debra works with executives and CEOs on
crafting personal narratives, developing media proficiency, and building cohesive teams. She is an
accomplished Reinvention Specialist who assists professionals in finding and pursuing their career and
life goals. Debra's workshop "Improv-ing Communication" focuses on exploring commonality, attentive
listening, creative trust building, and formulating deliberate intentions.
