Background/History
The Architectural Design Board had two open positions at the end of 2021, Position #1 Architect and
Position #7 Planner. The positions were advertised in February.
Staff Recommendation
Interview candidate Corbitt Loch for appointment to Architectural Design Board Position #7, Planner.
Narrative
After review of Mr. Loch's application by Mayor Nelson and staff, Mayor Nelson interviewed Mr. Loch
for the open Planner position and is recommending his appointment to the Board.

Seattle Design Review Board for West Seattle. Prepared multiple development regulations and design standards
