Edmonds Memorial Cemetery Board Meeting Minutes
July 21, 2022

Call to Order:
Tracy called the meeting to order at 3:00pm. The meeting was held at the cemetery right after the Walk
Back In Time event.

Members Absent: Ashley Robinson and Melissa Johnson - excused absences.
Approval of Minutes: June 16, 2022 regular board meeting minutes unanimously approved.
Chair Report:
• Tracy reviewed the agenda.
• The main focus of this board meeting will be to review the Walk Back In Time event.
Staff/Administrative Report for the cemetery numbers:
• None
Sales Report - Sales and Services report as of June 30, 2022.

Old Business:
• Walk Back In Time 2022: The event went very well and was well received by those who attended.
There were about 50 to 60 attendees. The board discussed ways to improve the event for next year. We
decided to bring ideas and subjects for next year's event to the board meeting next month. The board also
discussed the possibility of making an event like this available for school children.
New Business:
New Board Member Applicant: Linda Russell - the board would like to view her application. This
should take place at the August board meeting.

Next Meeting: Our next regular board meeting will be in person Thursday, August 18, 2022, at the
Waterfront Center.
