The meeting was called to order at 9:55 p.m. The agenda items were taken out
of order, beginning with Item C.
C. Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Animal Kenneling Services
Agreement.
The meeting began with ACOP Lawless providing background on the agreement
between the City and Adix's Bed and Bath for Dogs and Cats. He advised that
both parties had agreed to a one year extension to the current agreement with no
fee increase for 2013. ACOP Lawless recommended and requested that the
extension be forwarded to full Council for approval via consent agenda.
Councilmember Bloom recommended that the agreement be placed on the
consent agenda for full council approval and Councilmember Johnson agreed.
Action: Forward to City Council Consent Agenda with a recommendation to
approve.
ACOP Lawless excused himself from the remainder of the meeting at 9:58 p.m.
A. IT Supervisor job description approval.
This was approved by the Personnel Committee and forwarded to full Council on
consent.
B. Personnel Policy edits.
This was approved by the Personnel Committee and forwarded to full Council on
consent.
