subject parcels were inadvertently left out of an area -wide CG2 rezone in 1995 due to
a mapping mistake at that time; the proposed rezone will bring the parcels into
better alignment with the Comprehensive Plan and the CG2 zoning which has
surrounded the parcels since 1995.
