2. Virtual meet -up
• Greg will emcee
• Rae will host game
• No break-out rooms due to difficulties; hosts will lead discussions for each topic. Each
topic is open to anyone who would like to share. Links should be sent to Rae in chat and
she will share them. 10-15-minute limit per topic. Hosts are (in order of presentation):
i. Music—Akiko
ii. Food —Yuri
iii. Movies —Colin
• Q&A — 2-3 minutes per answer
• Commissioners to join the meeting @ 7:40 pm and participants will be let in from
waiting room a few minutes before 8 pm
• Current head -count of attendees: 17 from Edmonds and 19 from Hekinan
• Akiko will introduce Hekinan participants at the beginning of the meet -up. She will also
introduce participants from Hekinan for topic discussions.
• All participants must change their name upon sign -in to their first and last name if that is
not already what they are using.
Announcements: Rae announced that she is resigning from the Commission at the end of September
due family obligations
