Background/History
Councilmembers Buckshnis and Teitzel conducted interviews in February 2016 to fill two vacancies on
the Citizens' Tree Board. Doug Petersen and Vivian Olson were appointed to fill those vacancies. An
additional position on the Board has now become vacant.

Narrative
William Phipps has been recommended by Councilmembers Buckshnis and Teitzel to fill this vacant
position and Mr. Phipps will be present to meet with the City Council this evening.
