Call to Order:
Tracy called the meeting to order at 4:04pm.

Members Absent: Ashley Robinson - excused absence.
Approval of Minutes: July 21, 2022 regular board meeting minutes unanimously approved.
Chair Report:
• Tracy reviewed the agenda.
Staff/Administrative Report for the cemetery numbers:
• Cara discussed inviting Cliff to a board meeting
• Financial Reports - none
Sales Report - Sales and Services report as of July 31, 2022.

Old Business:
Walk Back In Time Event: The board discussed various ideas for next year's Walk Back In Time event:
perhaps choose 5 more people to feature from Betty's document; perhaps videoing the event for those
who can't come to the cemetery on the day of the event, or can't walk that far; the board discussed having
a bell to notify people when to move on to the next gravesite, and perhaps having guides for this purpose
also. We also discussed various themes, and also not having a theme. Also how to involve students.
Pamphlet: We discussed Edmonds Sno-Isle Library's offer to bind the pamphlet. Joan will invite someone
from Sno-Isle Library to attend our next meeting and discuss this with the board. Kerry will give Cliff
more pamphlets.
New Business:
• Financial Report: Tracy went over the new format for the board's financial reports.
New Board Member Applicant: Linda Russell had her city council review on 8/16/22 and was approved
to be on the board. Welcome to Linda Russell.
Announcements:
• Melissa will be gone for the September board meeting and Tracy will be gone for the October board
meeting.
Adjournment:
The meeting was adjourned at 4:45pm.
Next Meeting: Our next regular board meeting will be in person Thursday, September 15, 2022, at the
Waterfront Center.
