1. Market booth 8/27
• Colin will lead. Will work with Carolyn on set-up
• Yuri will attend at 11 am and lead origami. Table w/2 chairs and origami paper
2. Virtual meet -up
• Hosts:

iii. Movies —volunteer needed
• Icebreaker game:
i. Would you rather —Japan vs USA. Rae and Gillian developing
• Colin will reach -out to Carolyn to try out break-out rooms and see if any special
permissions are needed
• Dry run scheduled for 8/29/2022 (rescheduled to 9/12/2022)
• Carolyn will record video with Mayor Nelson and work with lyoko on translation. Will be
sent out to all attendees week before 9/30/2022 meet -up
