Call to Order:
Tracy called the meeting to order at 4:04pm.

Approval of Minutes: October 20, 2022 regular board meeting minutes unanimously approved.
Chair Report:
• Tracy reviewed the agenda.
Staff/Administrative Report for the cemetery numbers:
• The board members discussed the sales & burials report.
Financial Reports - none
Sales Report - Sales and Services report as of October 31, 2022.

Old Business:
• Walk Back In Time/Memorial Day Events Planning: The board will continue discussing the Walk Back
In Time event, including themes, in January. We also discussed the planning for next year's Memorial Day
event, and will continue this in January, including themes for the event.
• Pamphlet: More discussion on the pamphlet has been moved to the next board meeting in January.
• Board Member Cemetery Monument: We will continue discussing this.
• Advertising: Richard gave the board a great presentation on his ideas for advertising for the cemetery.
The board will continue this discussion in January.
New Business:
• Annual Board Elections for Board Officers: Chair: Tracy Little; Vice Chair: Melissa Johnson;
Secretary: Kerry Radley. Board members whose terms are up at the end of 2022 will remain on the board:
Joan Longstaff, Melissa Johnson, and Kerry Radley
Announcements:
• Linda Russel will be gone for the January 19, 2023, board meeting.

Next Meeting: Our next regular board meeting will be in person Thursday, January 19, 2023, at the
Waterfront Center.
