Call to Order:
Tracy called the meeting to order at 4:01pm.

Members Absent: Linda Russell - excused absence.
Approval of Minutes: November 17, 2022 regular board meeting minutes unanimously approved.
Chair Report:
• Tracy reviewed the agenda.
Staff/Administrative Report for the cemetery numbers:
• The board members discussed the sales & burials report. Tracy handed out to each member a list of the
annual sales for January through November 2022.
Financial Reports - none
Sales Report - Sales and Services report as of December 31, 2022.

Old Business:
• Advertising: Angie reviewed with the board the city's policies. She asked the board to put together for
her an advertising package for the year for the cemetery.
• Walk Back In Time/Memorial Day Events Planning: The board discussed potential people to recognize
at the Walk Back In Time event and will continue discussing & planning the event in February. We also
will continue the planning for this year's Memorial Day event, including themes, at the February meeting.
Melissa will be contacting certain groups this month who help with the event and who need plenty of lead
time to plan their part.
• Pamphlet: More discussion on the pamphlet has been moved to the next board meeting in February.
Board Member Cemetery Monument: We will continue discussing this in February.
New Business:

Announcements:
• Ashley Robinson will join our board meetings again beginning with the March 2023 meeting.

Next Meeting: Our next regular board meeting will be in person Thursday, February 16, 2023, at the
Frances Anderson Center.
