a. Date set for 1/23/2022 from 6 — 8 pm
b. Agenda: focus on engagement ideas for Commission
i. Commissioners asked to come prepared with ideas
ii. Possible ideas: sub -committees
c. Dinner will be provided
3. Market booth materials: Katy asked Michele to provide a list of items
Continued Business:
1. 2023 exchange
i. Dates set for 4/1 (arrive Hekinan 4/2) — 4/7/2023
ii. Trip will include Hekinan 751h Anniversary celebration
iii. Application due date 12/15/2022
iv. Purchase tickets on your own
v. Pula Croatia, Hekinan's other sister city, will visit at the same time
