Community Development Code (ECDC) Chapter 17.75. The amendments focus on changing
conditional use permit requirements based on the outdoor dining area's proximity to residential zones,
updating the zones where outdoor dining is allowed, providing performance standards for outdoor
dining, and revising regulations related to nonconforming seating. File No. AMD20110005.
