a. Application for a development agreement in order to implement a change in zoning for the properties
known as "Firdale Village" from Neighborhood Business (BN) to the "Firdale Village Mixed Use"
(FVMU) zone and establish a tree retention buffer.

a. Discussion of steps and procedures to name the new park being built at 162 St. in north Edmonds.
b. Issues and concepts to highlight in the January report to the City Council

a. This is a strategy plan that provides a framework for action items that will lead to potential reduction of
greenhouse gas emissions within Edmonds, and thus will serve as an adjunct to the recently approved
Sustainability Element of the city's Comprehensive Plan. The Plan has six general areas of activity -
Transportation and Land Use, Lifestyles, Buildings, Environment, Economy and Community Outreach
and Empowerment - all of which engage the community at large.
