A. FILE NO. V-2006.102: Application by Christopher L. Thayer on behalf
of Dr. Raymond Bogaert for variances to reduce the requi ed north side
setback for a house from 10' to 8', reduce the required north side setback
from 10 feet to 5' to accommodate a garage, reduce the required south
side setback from 10' to 8', and allow for the standard 30" eave
encroachment into the setbacks due to construction of a single family
residence and detached garage addressed as 18600 Sound View Place.
The parcel is zoned Single Family Residential (RS-12).
