Call to Order:
Tracy called the meeting to order at 4:02pm.

Members Absent: Ashley Robinson - excused absence.
Approval of Minutes: January 19, 2023 regular board meeting minutes unanimously approved but to be
corrected to have Ashley Robinson as an excused absence.
Chair Report:
• Tracy reviewed the agenda.
Staff/Administrative Report for the cemetery numbers:
• The board members discussed the sales & burials report.
• Financial Reports - none

Old Business:
Advertising: The board continued discussing advertising for the cemetery.
Memorial Day Event Planning: The board went over the plans for the Memorial Day event, using the
planning spreadsheet. We will continue the planning for this year's event, including themes, at the March
meeting. Various board members will be contacting certain individuals and groups this month who help
with the event so that they can begin their own planning.
New Business:
• No New Business
Announcements:
A reminder to board members to check their city email regularly and to respond if they will, or will not, be
attending a scheduled meeting.
• Tracy announced that she will not be able to attend the March 16th board meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:09pm.
Next Meeting: Our next regular board meeting will be in person Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the Frances
Anderson Center.
