a. The Prestige Care redevelopment project proposes to replace an existing 32,000
square foot (88-bed) skilled nursing facility with a new 48,385 square foot (80-bed)
skilled nursing facility located at 21008 76th Avenue West and is zoned multi
residential (RM-2.4) . This consolidated project requires a design review
recommendation by the Architectural Design Board and a final decision on the
project's design and a conditional use permit for the skilled nursing facility by the
Hearing Examiner. (File Nos. PLN20130075 (Conditional Use Permit) and
