B. FILE NO. AP-01-206: Appeal by Alan T. Park and Jeanne Park of a staff
decision to approve a short subdivision at 22203 96th Avenue W. The
site is zoned Single Family Residential (RS-8).
C. FILE NO. V-02-13: Variance by Paul and Sue Cochran to reduce the
required side setback from 10-feet to 4-feet to allow for the remodel of
an existing garage. The property is located at 8426 Olympic View Dr.
and is zoned Single Family Residential (RS-12).
