A. FILE NO. CU-04-115: Application by Peter Whiteley for a
conditional use permit to allow an independent contractor to work
at his home real estate appraisal business. The site is located at
629 Daley Street, #4 and is zoned Multiple Residential (RM-1.5).
B. FILE NO. V-04-128: Application by Washington State Department
of Transportation for a noise variance to allow nighttime repaving
of State Route 99 (from the bridge over SR104 to 244t" Street SW)
and State Route 104 (244t" Street SW from the intersection with
SR99 east to the ramps to SR104). (Postponed to January 20,
2005).
