lot on the west side of the yacht club into a public plaza. The site is
located at 456 Admiral Way and is zoned Commercial Waterfront (CW).
B. FILE NO. AP-05-41: Appeal of a Staff Decision to approve a two -lot
subdivision including a modification of the rear setback for one lot at 520
71" Ave. S. The site is zoned Single -Family Residential (RS-6). Appellants
are Fred Gouge and Jean Sittauer-Gouge. Project Applicant is Classico
Homes, Inc.
