Meeting called to order: 6:23pm
Board Members/Administration in Attendance: Kimberly Koenig, Jen Lawson, Matt
McCulloch, Olivia Brown -Latham, Robert Boehlke, Beth Sanger, Ricky Bobadilla, Carrie Hulbert.
Guests: Tom Sanger, Christian Decker, Liz Morgan, Jennifer Krogstad, Rebecca Anjewierden,
Nataly Charnetska, Alicia Crank, , Claudia Arechiga, Pam Stuller, Lisa Epstein, Rachel Dobbins,
Matthew Richardson, Pedro Germano, Jen Cullin, Matt Hulbert, Mike Rosen
Committee Updates
• Admin: Kimberly presented and expanded on the mission of Ed! She introduced the
board members and described the committees. Multiple organizations work together in
downtown Edmonds.
• Marketing: Jen presented website information, the site directory, web feature articles,
advertising, social media, holidays, lovin' summer Edmonds, Love Lists, Green
Edmonds.
• Communication and Outreach: Ricky presented and described member outreach and
the My Edmonds New sponsored content.
• Appearance & Environment: Kimberly described the courtesy umbrella program, after
hours parking, directional flags.
Budget: Kimberly presented the 2023 budget. She thanked the exiting board members.
Encouraged everyone to attend meetings. And announced the board nominees: Jason Arnhill,
Lisa Epstein, and Jen Lawson.
