It appears that the building permit was issued on December 2, 1977 and unless it has been renewed, I assume it has expired. 2. . The moratorium on development does not allow for new buildings. 3. The preliminary assessment roll shows an estimated cost of $.9,875 for this property owner's share for the sanitary sewer. 4. & 5. I do not have a copy of the moratorium ordinance, but I under- stand there is no limitation on remodeling a home if there are no new kitchens, washrooms, bathrooms, or bedrooms added. 6. I do not understand the question. Each property in the L.I.D. boundary has had a preliminary assessment and all property owners were sent notices.
