Call to Order:
Tracy called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.

Members Absent: Kerry Radley - excused absences.
Approval of Minutes: Reviewed and approved April minutes (Marin/Johnson)
Finance Report: Tracy reviewed the April Transaction Summary with the Board
Chair Report:
• No report this month in lieu of Memorial Day planning
Old Business:
• Spent the majority of the meeting finalizing plans for the Memorial Day Program
• Briefly discussed the Walk Back in Time event in July, assignments and logistics. This discussion will continue at the
June Board meeting.
