Call to Order:
Tracy called the meeting to order at 4:06 pm.

Approval of Minutes: May 18, 2023 regular board meeting minutes unanimously approved.
Chair Report:
• Tracy reviewed the agenda.
Staff/Administrative Report for the cemetery numbers:
• The board members discussed the sales & burials report.

• Memorial Day Event Debrief: The board discussed how the event went. All went very well and we
received great feedback from the public. The cookie/water table was a big hit having it outside before the
event began. Thank you notes have all been sent.
• Walk Back In Time Planning: The board continued discussing the planning for this event.
Board Monument: Updating the monument is in progress.
East Gate (on 100th): Ongoing.
New Business:
• Addition to the Board: The board discussed the possibility of having more people join the board, as
some people have expressed interest in joining the board. As of now, we have a full board. Therefore, any
new person would start as an alternate until a board seat opened up.
• Other New Business: The board discussed an invitation received by the board from a PorchFest Team
member to join this year's PorchFest.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:08pm.
Next Meeting: Our next regular board meeting will be in person Thursday, July 20, 2023, at the cemetery
after the Walk Back In Time event.
