Call to Order
Chair Tracy Little called the meeting to order at 2:30 pm, following the annual Walk Back in
Time event.

Approval of Minutes: Reviewed and approved minutes for June 2023 (Marin/Longstaff)
Chair Report:
• Tracy reviewed the agenda.
• Tracy reported that she had sent email messages to two prospective board members
inviting them to Walk Back in Time and to our meeting. They did not reply.
Staff Report:
• Sexton's report for June was reviewed.
• Cara reported on progress for repair of the north gate damaged by a car accident.

Old Business:
• Discussed the Walk Back in Time. We all felt it was very successful, despite low
attendance. We estimated 25 people attended. Joan suggested that we could consider
promoting the event next year through the Art Walk which is held on the same day but
later in the day. Additionally we explored research ideas for future themes.
• Discussed the upcoming Porchfest invitation. Joan will follow up.
New Business:
• Nothing at this time.
