Parking, Garbage, setbacks, etc. 3) If we include a basement, are there any restrictions on use or access? 4) is a sprinkler system required? If so, would it be required in a basement under some circumstances? 5) If a sprinkler riser room is required, how much space is required for it. Are there other specifications for that? 6) What landscaping is required? 7) Will a traffic impact study be required? 8) What ADA requirement must we comply with? 9) Will demolition of a building in the BD1 zone create any special concerns we should be aware of?
