RE: Plan review for required trash area
PRE20130032 — Keim/Compass, 509 Dayton St., Edmonds
This proposal will need to show a trash collection area either on the alleyway or within
reasonable access to the alley. Please refer to the handout E-37 Garbage & Recycle Collection
Enclosure & Access Policy which outlines minimum standards.
However in this particular location, the existing space constraints and the trash collection area of
the adjacent tavern property, are matters that need to be considered. I will also be asking for
comments from the waste hauler serving this property.
